1. General

Venix Developments provides software development, design and digital product services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed with the client for each engagement.

2. Project Work

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, assets and approvals needed for delivery. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate or timeline.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of project deliverables are determined by the applicable agreement. Third-party libraries, services and assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Availability

We aim to deliver reliable software, but third-party infrastructure, networks and external services can affect availability.
